We will set up your Cineyards before 7pm and pick up at 1am, or earlier as requested. We work with you to coordinate any special timing requests. 

For cancellations that are seven (7) or more days in advance of your booking, no cancellation fee is applied. For cancellations that are less than seven (7) days in advance of your booking, we will refund half of the initial rental fee.

If the weather does not permit us to fulfill on your booking date, we will offer you an alternative date at no additional cost, or provide a full refund to your credit card. You can claim this guarantee only on the day of your booking.

Our projectors are upgraded with a smart TV streaming system that allows you to stream from your favourite streaming apps directly from the projector, like YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, etc. Some apps may require you to have an account. You will need Wi-Fi or our Data Hotspot to use these features.

If you are playing media that you have downloaded on a laptop, you can use your Cineyards offline. If you plan on streaming, we will help you connect to your Wi-Fi network. If you are unsure of the Wi-Fi strength outside we strongly recommend our high-speed data hotspot.
